Challenge: Sinai Hospital
needed an administrative building to house four separate departments.
The exterior of the
new space needed to match the architecture of recent expansions
at Sinai Hospital while at the same time the new building had to
be
cost effective. An added challenge was that the four departments
had to be moved during one weekend and be fully operational the
following Monday morning.
Modular Solution: Vanguard Modular’s construction greatly
minimized site disruption and was complete in just two weeks. The
four departments
were moved and fully operational on time. Cost-effective materials,
such as Hardi Panel Siding and Hercu-Bond split face block panels,
were used to match the architecture. For maximum relocation efficiency,
a temporary foundation system was also constructed. |
