New office space was essential to accommodate the employees they were hiring. Daycare Facility at the Church of the Open Door Challenge: The Church of the Open Door in Winterville, North Carolina, had a daycare onsite. Due to a rise in enrollment, they needed more space to accommodate additional children. However, the space had to be delivered on a tight timeline, or they would lose the registration of the new children. |

Georgia Power Challenge: The Georgia Power plant in Milledgeville, Georgia needed to replace an existing high security energy plant guard facility. The new two-floor guard facility had to be put in place without loss of time and without compromising plant security. |
